Two men wanted in connection with multiple Harrison Co. metal thefts

Two men are wanted for their alleged involvement in multiple Harrison County theft cases.

The Harrison County Sheriff's Office said Friday that Daniel Wayne Smith, 30, of Marshall is wanted on felony warrants issued for theft of materials, including aluminum, bronze and copper. He is also being sought for multiple recent thefts that also include the theft of metals. His last known location is 155 Private Road 1335 in Marshall.

Gene Ray Gibbs, 42, of DeBerry is also wanted for multiple warrants issued in Harrison County. He is being sought for questioning regarding the theft of metals. His last known address is 8764 Highway 79 North in DeBerry.

Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts is asked to contact the Harrison County Sheriff's Office at 903-923-4000 or Crime Stoppers at 903-935-9969.
