Police: Watson's computer contained plan to release explicit video, pics on Internet

David Watson at Lubbock County Courthouse David Watson at Lubbock County Courthouse
LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Testimony get off to a late start on Thursday, but wrapped up early in the sexual assault trial of David Watson.

The jury heard testimony from two Lubbock police officers and a forensic nurse.

The forensic nurse said the only visual abrasions she found on the alleged victim were three around her neck, but she said they don't always find physical evidence of rape.

One LPD officer said he found a document titled "Death Con" on Watson's computer, which he says contained detailed, specific, private information about the alleged victim - one section was even titled "dirt."

The officer said they also found explicit videos and pictures of the alleged victim.

The officer said the document contained instructions to distribute information, videos and pictures all over the Internet if Watson was arrested, incarcerated or killed.

The document says to "make her pay."

The defense is arguing this is not evidence of planned violence or sexual assault against the alleged victim and that people react to being dumped differently.

Testimony will continue on Friday.
