Head Coach Tim Tadlock and No. 23 Texas Tech took care of business again Tuesday night, winning their 7th game in a row 6-2 over Abilene Christian University at Dan Law Field.
The Red Raiders started hot, scoring five runs in the first inning and then tacked on another in the fifth. That was plenty of run support for starting pitcher Dylan Dusek, who picked up his second win of the season (2-0).
Tech has now won 13 in a row at home, which ties the longest home win streak dating back to 2002.
The Red Raiders are the first Big 12 baseball team to reach the 15-win mark this season.
The team will have a few days off before beginning conference play at Baylor on Friday.
