LCU softball takes two from OC, improves to 21-0 at home

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

The Lubbock Christian University Softball team picked up its 17th and 18th consecutive victories Thursday, defeating Oklahoma Christian 6-3 and 14-5 in a double header at Plains Capital Park.

The Lady Chaps improved to 25-3 on the season and have now won 21 consecutive games at home.

Daren Hay's bunch is now 8-3 in Heartland Conference play this season.

The Lady Chaps will wrap up the three-game set with Oklahoma Christian Friday. First pitch is slated for Noon at Plains Capital Park.
