Natchitoches authorities have arrested two residents on drug charges after a citizen's complaint.
Agents searched a residence in the 800 block of Martin Luther King Drive and found suspected crack cocaine.
Upon arrival, investigators noticed two men they suspected as being crack cocaine dealers leaving the residence on foot. The suspects had been released from jail on parole.
While agents were making contact with the suspects, one of them identified as Willie Willis, Jr., fled on foot. After a brief chase, agents caught him after seeing him discard a prescription bottle, which contained suspected crack cocaine.
Authorities told the owner of the residence, Harold Toussaint that he had been allowing the use and sale of illicit narcotics as well as prostitution on his property. After further investigation, agents discovered a cellophane bag, which contained suspected crack cocaine.
Willis, 31, was charged with possession with intent to distribute crack, second or subsequent offense, and probation and parole violation. Toussaint, 55, was charged with prohibited acts.
Both men were booked into jail. Toussaint is awaiting bond, but Willis is being held for violating parole.
