No Halloween For Convicted Sex Offenders

In yet another effort to keep our neighborhoods safe, Lubbock County is reminding all convicted sex offenders to stay away from young trick or treaters.

That means all sex offenders will join other residents not participating in Halloween this year by keeping their front doors shut, and porch lights turned off. Probation officers and law enforcement officials will be checking on these sex offenders throughout the night, to be sure they are in compliance.
