A grand jury also found enough evidence to send two people to trial on Tuesday, after police say they were found in a stolen car.
Authorities say the vehicle's security system led them to the suspects.
26-year-old Adam Rico of Smyer and 23-year-old Alexis Frausto of Lubbock face several charges, including possession with intent to deliver, theft, and felon in possession of a firearm.
Police say the owner of a Camaro called OnStar last month to report that it was stolen.
OnStar tracked the vehicle to a storage facility, and that's where police say they found Rico and Frausto.
Officers also found cocaine, methamphetamine, and a semi-automatic rifle.
Rico was out on bond, but Frausto remains behind bars as of Tuesday night.
