SPEC Residents Still Without Power Three Days After Outage

Power has been restored to 95% of homes that lost power on Tuesday.

Overnight, South Plains Electric Cooperative was able to restore power to 600 homes. That leaves about 1,200 people without power Thursday night.

Winter weather caused power lines to snap and collapse.
