A Lubbock grand jury has found enough evidence to send a man to trial, charged with sexually assaulting an underage girl.

64-year-old Ambrocio Arevalo is charged with indecency with a child and aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Arevalo was arrested back in February, after police say he made inappropriate contact with a 7-year-old girl.

He remains behind bars in the Lubbock County Jail.
