LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Texas Tech baseball won again Saturday afternoon, run-ruling Prairie View A&M 13-0 in six innings to cap off a series sweep of the Panthers, while extending the Red Raider winning streak to eight straight games.

Every Red Raider got into the act Saturday as each starter collected at least one base hit. Chris Sadberry pitched four perfect innings before exiting the game with a comfortable 9-0 lead in the 5th.

The win gives Texas Tech a 32-11 record which continues to be among the best marks through 43 games in program history.

The victory also came in milestone fashion as Texas Tech recorded its 1,000th all-time home win.
