Bluffton, SC / ACCESSWIRE / April 24, 2014 / Station300 recently announced their fund-raising program, “Military May,” to benefit foundations that provide care for Lowcountry military personnel who return injured and in need of assistance.
Gary Trimm, Station300 Managing Partner, described the two-part program that runs through the month of May. “With ‘Bowling for the Brave’ we will donate one dollar for every game bowled during the month. For ‘Toast the Troops,’ we created unique drinks for each of the five branches of the service, such as ‘Anchors Aweigh’ for the Navy and ‘Afterburner’ for the Air Force. Station300 will donate one dollar for every military-themed drink purchased,” he said. “We hope to raise $15,000 to be split between the Honor our Heroes foundation and Healing Heroes of the Lowcountry fund, and plan to make this an annual event.”
“Supporters can come in individually or reserve a time for a group by calling 843-815-2695 ext. 3,” said Emily Tholen, Station300 Event Planner. “We can accommodate several hundred patrons during ‘Military May.’ We have a lot of open lane times, as well as ample seating in Zeppelins Bar and Restaurant. Everyone can register for prizes that will be given away on the final day of May.”
