Registration for Garden & Arts Center summer camps and classes

The Garden & Arts Center is accepting registration starting May 1st for the GAC Art Factory Summer Camps.

Space is limited, so we encourage early registration. Register at the Garden & Art Center Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The GAC Art Factory is an award-winning program of immersive art classes uniquely tailored to introduce young artists to working with a variety of media, such as painting, drawing and sculpture.

The Art Factory provides week-long art camps for children ages 3-13 years, beginning June 2nd and running through August 15th.

Week long camps for ages 3-5, Funshine Art Factory Pre K Camp, two and a half hour classes Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. are $35 per week.

Art Factory Camp for ages 6-12, taught Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 12:30p.m. or 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., are $65 per week or $100 per week for the full day of camp, running from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Morning and afternoon snacks are included for campers, but full day campers are required to bring a sack lunch and water bottle.

The Lubbock Municipal Garden and Arts Center strives to offer an array of fun and comprehensive classes and events for all ages. The center is located at 4215 University Ave.
