Mayor McDougal Leads Commissioning Ceremony

Mayor Marc McDougal made a Lubbock man's decision to join the Army Reserve official Monday.

The mayor officiated Daniel Lopez's commissioning Monday afternoon as a First Lieutenant in the Army Reserve. Lopez currently works at Covenant Medical Center and will serve in the Reserve's Nursing Corp.
