FLOYD COUNTY, TX (KCBD) -

A Floyd County Grand Jury has indicted a former Floydada High School Teacher's Aide on a charge of having an improper relationship between an educator and a student.

Police say 50-year-old Hope Warren is accused of engaging in sexual acts with a 16-year-old student.

Warren resigned from her position with Floydada ISD on April 25, when the district first learned about the allegations.

Warren turned herself in to authorities at 11:15 a.m. Friday and immediately posted $20,000 bond.
