LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -
Four suspects arrested in connection with a burglary on 38th Street were indicted by a Lubbock grand jury on Tuesday.
Lubbock police identified a burglary suspect caught on camera breaking into a central Lubbock home on April 30. Victor Mendoza, 38, was taken into custody on May 1.
Police say evidence from the burglary led to three additional arrests.
Adam Vidales, 24; Jeremiah Salazar, 23; and Jacklyn Robledo, 23 were also arrested. All four are charged with burglary of a habitation. Adam Vidales was also indicted for felon in possession of a firearm.
The homeowner contacted police when he saw the burglary suspect breaking into the home on a security system video feed. Police say the burglar stole a rifle and a pistol from the home.
Police released the surveillance video on the day of the burglary asking for the public's help to identify the suspect, and were able to take him into custody the next day.
