STARK COUNTY, OH (WOIO) -

A Missing Adult Alert has been issued by the Stark Co Sheriff's Office statewide.

Be on the lookout for a missing adult. On May 4, 2014 at 10:00 AM, Mrs. Hoagland was last seen leaving Church.

The incident took place in Stark County, OH 49th St. SW in the city of Canton.

The adult's name is Shirley Hoagland and the individual is missing. The adult is a White female, age 75, is 5' 5" tall, weighs 130, has brown hair, and has brown eyes. Shirley was last seen wearing a blue, red & white striped shirt with black pants. She suffers from Alzheimer's.

The vehicle involved is a tan 2000 Honda Odyssey with OH plate number ED85RG.
