Clowney reveals he still lives at home with his mom on 'The Tonight Show'

    In anticipation of Jadeveon Clowney's appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the WIS-TV team took a cue from Jimmy Fallon's popular "Thank You Notes" bit and wrote thank you notes to Clowney.

NEW YORK (WIS) -

Projected No. 1 overall NFL Draft pick Jadeveon Clowney sat down with Jimmy Fallon on "The Tonight Show" Wednesday.

"It hasn't set in yet, I'm just enjoying it," Clowney said.

Clowney talked about his mom and the experience leading up to Thursday's NFL Draft.  

"She's very happy for me," Clowney said. "I think she's loving this more than I am."

"Are you a millionaire?" asked Fallon. Clowney said "Not yet."

Clowney said he's still broke and living at home with his mom.

"I'm going to buy her a house," he said when Fallon asked what he was going to do with his first paycheck. "That's the first thing I'm going to do."

After Fallon showed a replay of the hit heard around the world at the 2013 Outback Bowl against Michigan, they went in the hall and Fallon ran a mock 40-yard dash.

"I'm guessing 5 seconds flat," Clowney said before the sprint. "You got some speed, look like you can run."

Fallon ran the 40-yard dash in 6.9 seconds.

Clemson wide receiver Sammy Watkins also made an appearance in a sketch with other draft hopefuls.
