LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

There are new developments in the July 2013 shooting outside an east Lubbock nightclub.

A Lubbock County grand jury has now found enough evidence to send a third suspect to trial for murder.

The shooting happened outside the Skool House Club near MLK Boulevard and East 4th street where police say Christopher Ayers, 37, was fatally shot.

Officers arrested Jaquan Ward, 19, Shaquille Cofer, 20, and Treyci Neece, 17, soon after the shooting.

Ward and Cofer were indicted for murder in August of 2013.

Treyci Neece was indicted for aggravated assault that same month, but, on Tuesday, a grand jury added murder to Neece's list of indictments.

Ward and Cofer's murder indictments were also amended on Tuesday.

All 3 men remain behind bars.
