Frenship Independent School District is pleased to announce Paul Page has been named the new Head Boys Basketball Coach at Frenship High School. The FISD Board of Trustees accepted the district's recommendation during their monthly board meeting Monday night.

Page joins Frenship after ten seasons as Head Boys Basketball Coach at Seminole High School. During his ten seasons at Seminole, the Indians won seven district championships, qualified for the playoffs nine times and advanced to the Class 3A Region I Finals in 2009. From 2009-2013, his teams at Seminole had a stretch of 40 consecutive district victories. Page was also named District Coach of the Year five different times.

Before Seminole, Page spent time coaching numerous sports in Rule, Olney, and Roby. He has a total of 18 years teaching and coaching on the high school level.

Page takes over as head coach of the Frenship boys' basketball program that finished the 2014 season with a 29-5 record, won the District 4-4A championship and made the Class 4A Region I Quarterfinals.

Page and his wife Jennifer have two daughters, Hannah and Kendall.
