Through the brand's Activating Leadership Grant Program, EILEEN FISHER, Inc. has donated over one and a half million dollars to innovative leadership initiatives that work with women and girls. For the past four years, grants have focused on a targeted theme. This year, the brand invites applications on the topic, "Achieving Personal Transformation," from organizations of all types and sizes. Applications will be accepted through the EILEEN FISHER website until noon E.D.T. on July 22nd.

Founder Eileen Fisher strongly believes that all women have the ability to lead-in their personal lives, at the workplace, and in their communities.  Through the Activating Leadership Grant Program, the brand helps women and girls to achieve their full potential.   • ABAN (A Ban Against Neglect), a program that empowers young mothers in Ghana through a two year holistic residence program
  • Adhikaar, a nonprofit with a social justice vision rooted in dignity and equity for all that works to build women leaders in Nepali-speaking communities
  • FAIR Girls, an organization that prevents the exploitation of girls and supports them in their leadership  journeys
  • Farmworker Association of Florida and its Farmworker Women's Reproductive Health Project, initiatives which equip women farmworkers with information to protect their health while improving the health of their families
  • Grand St. Settlement, an agency that empowers mothers to act as Parent Ambassadors, helping them defeat the isolation that stems from linguistic, economic, and cultural barriers 
  • Groundswell's Voices Her'd Visionaries, a program for young women that combines public art and community activism to examine issues from the military recruitment of low-income girls to international women's rights movements
  • Hot Bread Kitchen, an organization that supports immigrant women as bakers and the professional development of new managers while creating graduates that will change the gender dynamics of the food industry
  • Minnesota Indian Women's Resource Center, an organization that empowers and supports American Indian girls and young women to build upon their inherent resilience, heal from trauma, and move forward in building stable lives
  • Reel Grrls, a nonprofit that inspires young women to realize their power and influence through media production
  • Rehabilitation Through the Arts, a program that helps incarcerated women use creative arts as a tool for transformation behind prison walls
  • Women's Prison Association, a group that empowers formerly incarcerated women to advocate for policy change and reform in public systems like criminal justice, child welfare, and housing
  • WriteGirl, a community of women writers that empowers young girls through creativity, self-expression, college readiness workshops, and internships to prepare them for life beyond high school
