Jeff Griffith edges Deanne Clark by 6 votes in District 3 run-off

According to the unofficial election results from Saturday night, Jeff Griffith beat out Deanne Clark by only 6 votes to win the District 3 seat.

Griffith got 772 votes, Clark had 766. That's 50.2% for Griffith and 49.8% for Clark.

These results are unofficial and must be verified by the ballot board.

1,583 people turned out to vote in the run-off election. 945 of those voted early, and 593 voted on Election Day.

Five provisionals will have to be reviewed by the ballot board, as well as 100 mail ballots and 5 military ballots that could be counted.

The ballot board will meet June 27th.
