Erin Settle

Kress High School is proud to announce Erin Settle as the Valedictorian of the Class of 2015 Erin is the daughter of Rita and Danny Settle and has attended Kress Schools for 14 years, and plans to attend West Texas A&M University this fall. Erin was in Home Economics for 3 ½ years. She has been a part of the Yearbook Committee for 2 years. She played basketball her freshman year. She also participated in U.I.L all 4 years. Erin played clarinet and bass clarinet in band during her freshman, and sophomore year.

Erin has received numerous subject awards and is receiving subject awards in government and dual credit art this year. She has earned 3 citizenship awards, and received A/B certificates her freshman, sophomore and junior years. Erin has received an academic blanket and patch all 4 years.  Her senior year she was awarded an “All ‘A' Plaque” and a “4 ‘A' Year Average Academic Plaque” and the President's Award for Educational Achievement. Erin has earned 21 college hours from Amarillo College while attending Kress High School. Erin is a member of Harvest Christian Fellowship in Plainview, TX.
