Escaped inmate returned to Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Lubbock County inmate Randy Allen Williams has been returned to Lubbock.

Williams led authorities on a two day chase spanning across two states earlier this month.

Sheriff's deputies say Williams escaped while working at the Lubbock County Sheriff's Office garage located in downtown Lubbock on June 10.

Authorities found him in Clovis, NM on June 12.

Williams now faces three new charges including arson, escape and theft.
