The FAA is investigating the crash of a crop duster that went down in Lamb County on Thursday afternoon.

Fortunately, the pilot, Lachlan Jones, 23, employed by King Ag Aviation, was unharmed.

The crash happened near the Tolk power plant, and afterward, the yellow plane was left sitting in an open field.

The Lamb County Sheriff told KCBD that Jones walked to the road after the crash and was taken to the hospital in Muleshoe to be checked out.
