What researchers have found that might help Parkinson's symptoms

Walking may help improve symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.

Researchers at the University of Iowa studied 60 Parkinson’s patients who did not have dementia and could walk on their own.

They participated in three, 45 minute walking sessions a week for six months.

They found walking led to a marked improvement in mood, attention, fatigue and fitness, along with better motor function skills.
