Hurricane Arthur now Category 2

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -

Hurricane Arthur has now become a Category 2 storm as it makes its way to central Virginia.

Winds have been clocked at 100 miles per hour. As of 9 p.m. Thursday, the National Hurricane Center listed Arthur's position at about 55 miles off Cape Fear, NC and 110 miles off Cape Hatteras. The hurricane is moving at 15 miles per hour.
