Lubbock police looking for tips about 2012 shooting

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Lubbock police are asking for your help to solve a fatal shooting case from 2012.

On July 7, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. officers responded to a check subject call at 66th and Sherman. 23-year-old Travondrick Deshawn Ward was found lying in the street at 1900 66th after being shot by an unknown gunman who confronted the victim under his carport at 1905-B 66th Street. 

The case is still under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Line at 741-1000.
