Obesity Affects You Not Only Physically, But Mentally

There's another reason to control your weight and this one goes straight to the brain.

We already know that obesity increases high blood pressure and heart disease, but now researchers believe that could lead to dementia. Controlling your weight could do more than just help your heart, it could protect your brain.

Researchers say they don't know why the brain loss occurs, but they do believe now that obesity takes its toll mentally as well as physically.
