A South Plains man is now facing federal child pornography charges.
Authorities arrested Gregory Flohr in Hockley County last week after they were called to a T-mobile store in Southwest Lubbock.
Court records state that Flohr visited the store on July 2 with a girl under 12 years old.
He bought two phones and asked staff to transfer data from his existing cell.
During the transfer, an employee noticed several images and video of Flohr engaged in sexual contact with the young girl.
Staff contacted police, who then made the arrest.
Authorities say Flohr admitted to the crimes, telling investigators they took place three years before in Phoenix, Arizona.
On Wednesday, a federal grand jury indicted him on three counts of child pornography.
Flohr remains behind bars on a $50,000 bond.
