Lubbock Seniors Place Wishes On Tree For Community To Grant

Kids aren't the only ones making "wish lists" for Santa.

Every ornament on the Senior Tree includes the name of a Lubbock senior citizen and a holiday wish. For example, one senior is asking for a space heater to heat his home. Homestead Senior Care is hoping volunteers will select one senior off the tree to play Santa to.

The Senior Tree will be set up at the K-mart Supercenter on University until December 17th. For more information, call (806) 281-4663.
