There are many different ways to make a hamburger, and in Shallowater, residents prefer them larger than life.
Circle Burger is tucked away in a small building next to the Fast Stop convenience store, near Shallowater ISD.
The restaurant got its start 25 years ago, back in 1989.
Then, in 2009, the original owner handed off the business to his son, Cary Holmes.
Cary has been in charge ever since.
Whether its a Jumbo Burger or a chicken dinner, Holmes says the key ingredients to its longevity are Shallowater residents.
"These people have been wonderful to us," Cary says. "They come back every day. If it wasn't for the same people coming up every day, we couldn't be here, so we try to give them a good hamburger. It's a good place to be."
We talked to a few customers who stop by the restaurant on a regular basis.
They told us they'd take a Jumbo Circle Burger over just about any other burger, any day of the week.
