Seminole police identify counterfeiting suspects

SEMINOLE, TX (KCBD) - Two people are in custody after Seminole police were contacted about counterfeit bills being passed to local businesses.

Officers began investigating at local business and were able to develop a description of the suspects.

They say their investigation led them to a trailer in Toony's RV Park where one suspect was arrested for drug charges and a warrant was obtained to search the trailer. Equipment used to make counterfeit money was located and seized as evidence.

Police say the Secret Service was contacted and will be adopting the case. Federal charges will be filed on the two identified suspects.

Jarrod Lee Crenshaw, 22, was arrested on drug charges.

The females suspect's name will be released when she is officially charged.
