Thousands Shop at South Plains Mall Over Thanksgiving Weekend - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

170,000 shoppers cashed in on bargains at the South Plains Mall over the three day weekend. That's about the same amount of shoppers that visited the mall last Thanksgiving weekend, but this time, it was a steady stream of shoppers instead of a mad rush of them in the early morning hours. Mall employees say it appeared that shoppers took advantage of their extended hours and spread out the time they shopped this year.

The South Plains Mall will have extended hours throughout the holidays. The following is a schedule of those extended hours.
