Volunteers needed to help students find back to school clothes

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

The Lubbock Boys and Girls clubs are looking for 70 volunteers to help students get ready for the school year.

Kohl's is providing each child with $100 for back to school clothes.

The Lubbock Lions Club is also providing a backpack stuffed with school supplies so that each student will be prepared for the school year.

If you would like to volunteer, call 806-792-2882 and tell the organizers that you are interested in being paired up with a student.

All of the volunteers will meet at Kohl's on August 18 at 8 a.m. and will be paired with a child.
