Then, the following day, Tuesday, August 19, crews will move to north Loop 493 to continue work rebuilding the intersection. Motorists needing to access Loop 493, north of Woodrow Road, should follow US 87 to the north Loop 493 intersection. The road is anticipated to re-open to traffic late Tuesday afternoon.
Crews will place the final road surface at a later date.
