    Attorney General Jeff Sessions will appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee for questioning about his oversight of the Justice Department. Wednesday's hearing is Sessions' first appearance before the committee since his January confirmation.

(CNN) – Warren Buffet admits his firm made a mistake and will pay a nearly $900,000 settlement to the federal government.

Berkshire Hathaway acknowledged it should have told regulators about plans to acquire a building supply company last December.

The Justice Department filed a lawsuit saying the firm needed to disclose the deal with USG Corporation to allow for an antitrust review Berkshire Hathaway is now the largest owner of the company and holds a 28 percent stake.

A judge still has to sign off the settlement.
