State Senator Robert Duncan Honored In Lubbock

A national group is recognizing State Senator Robert Duncan for his work with children.

On Monday, the Amerigroup Foundation named Duncan its "Champion for Children." As part of honoring Duncan, the foundation presented a check for $2,500 to the South Plains Children's Shelter, which provides short-term emergency care for kids who are abused.
