Lack of Sleep Can Contribute to Weight Gain

If you're losing the battle of the bulge, you may want to add sleep to your weight loss plan!

One study is from Stanford and the other from the University of Chicago. Both tested blood levels of hormones associated with appetite. And basically, both found that a lack of sleep wakes up the hunger hormone.
