He's usually the one that steals Christmas, but this year the Grinch is the one who has been stolen.
The picture shown right is how Shannon Hamilton's yard looked when she went to bed Thursday night. The eight-foot tall Grinch and polar bear were lit up to wish the neighbors a Merry Christmas.
Friday morning her yard was bare, except for a few Christmas lights. Someone stole the Grinch and polar bear. Hamilton says, the fact someone stole her decorations simply makes her sad. "The true meaning of Christmas obviously is the birth of Jesus and giving so for people to just take like that makes me sad."
Hamilton says, the Grinch thief left her reindeer decorations but she's put them up so they won't be stolen. She hopes someone will return the decorations, no questions asked.
