Christmas Concert at Windcrest Estacado - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Residents of Windcrest Estacado Apartment Complex held a Christmas concert Saturday to help boost the image of their community.

Some residents say the complex had a bad image after a mother and her three children were murdered there in October. So residents wanted to show everyone that it's a nice and safe place to live.
