Construction on the Marsha Sharp Freeway could slow traffic near Downtown Lubbock.

Tuesday, crews are scheduled to close the outside lane on Southbound Avenue Q between 4th and 5th Streets. Workers will be re-locating water lines in the area. The closure will last through Sunday, December 19th.
