A longtime Lubbock business owner has died after he passed out behind the wheel of his car Thursday morning.
Around 8:30 a.m., police say 73 year-old Ed Luskey blacked out and hit a tree at 93rd Drive and Quaker. Officers believe it was a medical condition, not the accident, that killed Luskey. His family founded "Luskey's Western Wear" in Fort Worth in 1919.
