As expected, a truck driver is now charged in connection with an accident that killed three Denver City teachers.

Yoakum County authorities have charged Guadalupe Medina with three counts of criminally negligent homicide. He allegedly ran a stop sign on December 3rd, hitting a Denver City School minivan.

Veronica Flores, Marina Natividad, and Rosie Garza died in the accident.
