Lubbock Police say a 22 year-old man who was thrown from his vehicle when it rolled was lucky to walk away with only minor injuries.
The accident happened about 5 a.m. Sunday near 4th and Upland. Police say Chad Perkins was headed North on Upland when he lost control of his vehicle and then over-corrected, causing the vehicle to flip. Perkins was the only person in the vehicle and was not wearing a seat-belt.
He was taken to University Medical Center and is listed in satisfactory condition.
