Lubbock Police Say Driver Seriously Injured After Running Red Light - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

An apparent red light runner is undergoing treatment for serious injuries following a collision off I-27 Monday afternoon.

It happened around two o'clock at 34th Street and the I-27 access road. Witnesses say the driver of the Ford F-150 ran a red light and was broad-sided by a Ford F-250. Paramedics took the driver of the first truck to University Medical Center for treatment.
