Lubbock Surgeon Laid to Rest

A Lubbock surgeon killed in a plane crash was laid to rest. Funeral services for Dr. Michael Marshall were held on Tuesday morning.

Marshall died Friday when the small plane he was piloting crashed just north of Slaton in the Yellowhouse Canyon. The Federal Aviation Administration is examining the wreckage to determine the cause of the crash.
