The conditions of a family injured in a deadly Hockley County rollover are improving.
The rollover happened around 4 o'clock Tuesday afternoon on Highway 62-82. DPS troopers say the driver over-corrected and lost control of the SUV, causing it to flip several times. The crash killed Patsy and Lawrence Barron, they were both in their late 60's.
Five other family members were taken to Lubbock hospitals. 18-year-old Zachary Cambell has improved from critical to serious condition. 44-year-old Debra Cambell and 36-year-old Denise Barron remain in satisfactory condition. Denise's two children, 5-year-old Braxton and 3-year-old Natalie have also improved to satisfactory condition.
