Hit And Run Suspect Damages Cars At Lubbock Apartment Complex

Lubbock Police are investigating an overnight hit and run accident at an apartment complex.

Officers were called to Jefferson Commons at 1002 Frankford around 12:30 Thursday morning. Police say the suspect hit a dumpster, then ran into an SUV before hitting a carport. The carport collapsed, damaging several other cars. The suspect then fled the scene.

Officers have a person of interest in the case, but so far, there are no arrests or charges filed.
