Weather Causes Lubbock Building To Collapse - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Strong winds and heavy rain are blamed for a construction delay in Lubbock.

The damage was done to a strip mall under construction in South Lubbock at 82nd and Avenue J. Engineers say the wind and rain caused the tresses to collapse, adding an extra three to four days of work to the schedule.

Additional crews were brought in Wednesday to help with clean-up.
