Crosbyton residents are shocked to find that a wife and mother of two has been arrested for armed robbery in November's Security Bank incident. Beth Ann Deady is now in custody at the Dicken's County Jail.

Two Security Bank tellers were on duty when the robber came in with a gun and asked for money. The suspect left with more than $30,000. Deady was suspected of the crime, after she deposited some of the stolen money into her husband's account, at the very same bank.

Deady matched the suspect description, and was arrested Wednesday after the FBI searched her home and found evidence from the robbery. During the search at their home, the FBI found $6,000 cash, used bank straps from Security Bank, and a pistol that matched the description of the weapon used in the robbery.

On Monday Beth Ann will be in court for a bond hearing.
